On August 10, 2024, HMCGSSC successfully initiated the first ever upskilling training program for Anganwadi workers of Kargil.
This pilot program is a collaborative effort with the District Skill Committee Kargil and the Ladakh Skill Development Mission. The training aims to enhance the skills and effectiveness of Anganwadi workers, contributing to improved child care services in the region. Finally making them the Brand Ambassadors for 600 plus Anganwadi women across the district. A flagship program that will be replicated across India.
