This via creating a versatile pool of skilled, reskilled, and up-skilled workforce and mainstreaming vocational education in schools and colleges.”

We are opening several more pathways in this unique and only sector addressing care infrastructure along with home care & household services dignifying domestic work and unpaid care. By addressing demand and skill gaps, partnering with industry and by making the learning material available in vernacular languages for training Pan India.

As India's potential workforce lives in its villages and majority works in the informal sector; our vision is to formalize and professionalize this sector and enhance accessibility to skill training particularly to the population living in remote areas economically weaker section of society and out of school. Thus creating a bridge for transition from unemployment to employment, from dependence to enterprise creation and for dignified migration within India and Overseas.
