Sushil Ramola (Chairman)

 Sushil Ramola is a social entrepreneur, co-founder and currently MD of B-ABLE (BASIX Academy for Building Lifelong Employability Ltd.), which was set up in 2009 in partnership with BASIX, the pioneering microfinance and livelihood promotion company in India. With a mission to provide skills and meaningful livelihood opportunities to 1 million less educated and under-skilled youth in the next decade, B-ABLE was the first to partner with NSDC. It has over 85 skill development centres in 16 states of India and has already trained about 30,000 youth.

Rajiv Sharma (Director)

Rajiv Sharma, Founder & Managing Director-Empower Pragati Vocational & Staffing Pvt Ltd, is a Management Graduate from Faculty of Management studies and Law graduate from Delhi University, Rajiv has over 25+ years of work experience with organizations such as HCL and Airtel amongst others. While at Airtel, Rajiv was the CEO of the Enterprise Business which was the largest and most profitable business of the Bharti Group. Rajiv led high value and high performance teams in his corporate life. He has been a turnaround specialist, scaling up business with excellent financial acumen.

K Ganesh (Director)

Mr. Ganesh is a successful entrepreneur with four successful Greenfield Ventures. He currently runs GrowthStory.in, a leading venture builder platform that promotes and incubates 10 new ventures along with great entrepreneurs. He ventured into entrepreneurship in 1990 when the concept of first generation professionals turning into entrepreneurs was very rare. He served as Member, Board of Governors of the Indian Institute 0f Management Calcutta and was founder director at IIM Calcutta Innovation Park & Incubation cell.

A demonstrated history of 22 years of experience including managing a large workforce of 53000 plus employees in national /international locations in Digital Banking, Telecom, Hospitality – Facility Management & Food Services, Pharma and FMCG industry. Speaker at various IIMs and many other national forums. Engaging in Managing Organizational Transformation through Leadership Development, Women Leadership, Technology Adoption and creating Talent Cultures of Diversity and Inclusion. He is often invited to national television for entrepreneurship expertise.

Shalini Bharat (Director)

Shalini Bharat is Director/Vice Chancellor, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, India.She has served as member of the Mission Steering Group of National Rural Health Mission and the National Health Systems Resource Centre, Ministry of Health & Family welfare, GoI; and is the current Program Director of The Global Fund supported Saksham Counselling project for drug resistant TB patients in 4 Indian states, and the Jan Urja project supported by Tata Power. She also serves on the Advisory Boards of PHFI and Alliance India. She has 4 books and over 70 journal articles to her credit in national and international journals.

CEO  Mona Gupta has over 30 years of experience in Government, International Organizations and Industry Associations; on Public Policy, Management, Economic & Social Development. Some of her key areas of expertise are Branding, Skill Development, Education, Livelihoods, Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Gender Equality. Her academic qualifications include a Masters in Business Economics (MBE) from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Program in International Business IIM (A), She has been certified for Gender Management Systems & CSR by EU Government and ILO respectively.
